  • Avoid strenuous work in extremely cold climates.
  • Stay as much as possible in warm places.
  • Take off clothes directly if wet.
  • Avoid exposing your back, neck and face to strong air blows.
  • Carry medication and appropriate treatments for people with asthma to avoid a sudden crisis.
  • Provide anti-inflammatory in case of arthritis.
  • Take care to wear warm winter clothes and cold.
